We are an advisory firm in Liechtenstein, advising entrepreneurs and wealthy private individuals on asset protection, estate planning and further wealth accumulation and are looking for ambitious lawyers (attorney-at-law - lawyer), with a focus on corporate law, to join our team.

Your tasks

In this versatile position, you will advise our demanding clients comprehensively in the area of corporate law. You will provide support in the formation, amendment of articles of association and capital increase of public limited companies, limited liability companies, cooperatives, foundations and branches of domestic and foreign companies. You will also handle extraordinary and complex cases involving sole proprietorships and partnerships. You are available to our clients as a competent contact person and assist them with all legal issues.

Your profile

You have an excellent command of German and a very good command of English.
You enjoy working in a team and are enthusiastic about working internationally.
You are willing to learn, highly motivated and work in a structured manner.
You have sound knowledge of company law.
IT affinity is an advantage.
