We specialize in advising entrepreneurs and wealthy individuals on asset protection, estate planning and further wealth accumulation and are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager (m/f) to join our team.

Your tasks

  • Database management: You will manage and administer our database, which is used for the administrative management and monitoring of legal and fiduciary processes. You will manage, update and check data, documents, deadlines and pending matters.
  • Process optimization: They are constantly striving to further develop workflows and internal processes in order to increase efficiency.
  • Client processing: You handle fiduciary and legal mandates directly, primarily in German and English.

Your profile

  • Education: You have a basic commercial education and ideally further training in business administration (e.g. HF, Bachelor).
  • Experience: You have experience in data management, administration or administration, preferably in a law firm or trust company.
  • Understanding of processes and IT affinity: You have a strong understanding of processes and a high affinity for IT.
  • Initiative and organization: You recognize the need for action, take the initiative, set the right priorities and work carefully, reliably and well organized, also in contact with clients and business partners.
